Project Manager

Provide overall management direction for existing projects and develop new business opportunities relative to a particular client or type of project.
  • Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, A/E representatives, subcontractors, security, government, etc.
  • Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures.
  • Represent DBCI along with project superintendent in project meetings.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as directed.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management. Pay is D.O.E.
  • Must be business oriented person and knowledgeable of windows, microsoft, and adobe software.
